Between November 15th and January 1st, we experience increased order volume due to the holiday gifting season. During this time, order processing and delivery may take longer than our typical processing time.

While we want all packages to arrive as they are marked, there are times when our shipping partners prematurely mark the package as delivered. We ask that you wait 1-2 business days after the confirmed delivery date, as most deliveries that get marked incorrectly, are delivered within that time frame. If you have still not received your package 2 days after the confirmed delivery date, please contact customer service to assist with your delivery.

For the best results with socks-Machine wash in cold water. Tumble dry on low. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, wash inside out.

Due to the overabundance of orders received, we will not be able to make any updates or changes to orders at this time once they have been processed. If you have made an error on your order, we will assist you with a return and repurchase.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with our products we want you to let us know. We will happily accept a return within 30 days from date of purchase. We’ve designed our return and exchange process to be as easy as possible so that you can receive the products that meet your needs and get back to doing the activities that keep you moving.

During the holiday season, November 15th thru December 31st, we are happy to extend our return window to 60 days for a full return.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags still on the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We ship all products purchased within 2 business days of purchase (most within 24 hours). Once it is shipped out, our shipping partners do their best to deliver packages on time. However, tracking information is subject to change due to weather or other factors out of our control. Please note that the holiday season is very busy for our shipping partners and delays are expected.

After your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey. You can also log into your account anytime to check your order status. If you have trouble finding your tracking information, don’t hesitate to reach out to us- we’re here to help!
